Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Cheesy Alfredo Twists
Ingredients:
1. 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
2. 12 oz pasta twists (rotini or cavatappi)
3. 3 tbsp butter
4. 3 cloves garlic, minced
5. 1 cup heavy cream
6. 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
7. ½ tsp black pepper
8. ½ tsp Italian seasoning
9. 1 cup shredded mozzarella
Directions:
1. Preheat Oven:
1.1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. Prepare the Pasta:
2.1. Cook the pasta twists according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
3. Cook the Steak Bites:
