"Superbad: The Return of Boosie Bad Azz" is the 4th solo studio album by #BatonRouge rapper #LilBoosie.
It was released on September 15, 2009, via Trill Entertainment, Asylum Records and Warner Bros. Records.
Production was handled by DJ B Real, BJ, Mouse, Big Wayne, Guss, Nard & B, Shonta and The Runners, with Turk & Mel serving as executive producers.
It features guest appearances from #LilPhat, Mouse, #Webbie, #BobbyV, Foxx, Kade, Lil Trill, Trina and #YoungJeezy.

After Pimp C’s untimely death in 2007, both Boosie and Webbie have remained loyal to his legacy. They continue to shout him out in songs, interviews, and social media. Boosie often refers to Pimp C as a mentor and someone who believed in him early on, while Webbie has publicly said Pimp C was like family.

Even years later, Boosie and Webbie keep his name alive through tributes, lyrics, and by continuing the gritty Southern sound that Pimp C championed. They see him not only as a legend, but as someone who truly cared about their rise — and they’ve never forgotten that.
