Those No Limit CD covers were impossible to ignore in the late 90s. And this one is no exception!
Kane & Abel — Am I My Brother’s Keeper
1998. Two brothers, and that unmistakable No Limit Records atmosphere.
Kane & Abel brought their own style to Master P’s growing empire, with plenty of Southern flavor and street storytelling.
I love revisiting this period of hip hop. The artwork was outrageous, the release schedule was unbelievable, and walking into a record store meant discovering another stack of No Limit CDs.
This one takes me right back to those days.
