Spinach and Sun-Dried Tomato Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Ingredients:
2 slices of bread
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup fresh spinach
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Prep Ingredients:
Chop the sun-dried tomatoes and set them aside. Wash and roughly chop the fresh spinach .
