During a traffic stop in Texas, a mother traveling with her 15-year-old son was arrested after a confrontation with an officer over a citation.

Video circulating online shows the officer tossing the ticket into the vehicle after the driver refused to accept it. The woman then threw the paper out of the window, which the officer cited as littering before pulling her from the car and placing her under arrest.
